1 Compound mixing
NR/SBR rubber is compounded with fillers, accelerators and vulcanizing agents to reach the target hardness and density.
2 Calendering
The compound is calendered into sheet of the required thickness and width. The round dot pattern is formed on one side and the cloth impression on the reverse.
